Meet Becki Bell-Stanton: 

Becki is certified by the National Association of Certified Mediators (NACM) and completed Texas-specific Mediation Training coursework in compliance with the Texas Mediation Trainers Roundtable Standards. She mediates civil disputes involving trucking, construction, insurance bad faith, deceptive trade practices, personal injury, products liability, business relationships, and premises liability matters. 

Professional Biography

Becki earned a Bachelor of Behavioral Science in Communication and Political Science Studies from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas in 1993. After obtaining two post-graduate secondary education teaching certifications, she returned to her hometown of Midland to teach speech communications, government and coach competitive debate and oral interpretation teams. A few years later, Becki left teaching and accepted a full scholarship award to attend Texas Tech University School of Law where she earned her juris doctorate degree. 

Becki was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2000 and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2017 and is authorized to practice in all state courts in both jurisdictions. She is admitted to practice throughout federal district courts in fourteen states and six federal circuit courts of appeals. She is a member of the Dallas Bar Association’s ADR Section, the Collin County Bar Association’s ADR Section, and the American Bar Association Dispute Resolution Group. Becki also holds membership in the International Ombuds Association. 

Becki has represented clients on both sides of the legal bar in high-exposure disputes for more than 20 years in federal and state trial and appellate courts.

Becki is married to husband Cody and is the proud mother of daughter Reanna, a licensed clinical social worker at the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, and son-in-law Chris, who is currently completing his doctorate work in neuroscience. She serves on the Board of Directors of the C5 Youth Foundation of Texas, a five-year development leadership program for high-potential youth from risk-filled environments.
