Amanda brings more than 20 years of experience in Consumer Financial Litigation & Compliance Financial Litigation to the Willowbend ADR Group.
Amanda attended Baylor University for her undergraduate studies and received her juris doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law. She was licensed in Texas in 2000 and has since expanded her bar admissions and licensure into Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Utah.
Amanda is a shareholder at Quilling, Selander, Lownds, Winslett & Moser, P.C., and joins Willowbend ADR Group as a Specialty Mediator for complex financial matters. She regularly appears in state and federal courts on cases involving claims brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), as well as under various state unfair and deceptive practices statutes and privacy laws.
She is a frequent speaker and lecturer to attorney groups and financial institutions regarding FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA, DTPA, TDTPA, and creditors’ rights in consumer bankruptcy cases.
